Why do I pay more at the hotel than the price displayed on the website?
You can make a prepaid reservation through this website. When you make a prepaid reservation, you cannot cancel or change it. In return a prepaid reservation guarantees you the lowest price for your stay.
Hobbit Hotels only offers the competitive prepaid rates online. At the hotel you can only make a flex reservation. A flex reservation is a reservation with flexible conditions which is why the price is slightly higher.
What does the Lowest Price Guarantee mean?
At Hobbit Hotels we always offer the lowest prices through our own website. We do not offer lower prices through other websites.
Where can I find the lowest price for an overnight stay at Hobbit Hotels?
By booking directly through our own website you are assured of the lowest price.
I have an assistance dog. Can I bring it to the hotel?
Assistance dogs are of course welcome at Hobbit Hotels. When making the reservation, please indicate in the comments field that an assistance dog is coming with you. During check-in, you will be asked for the dog’s identification card, which in addition must have a harness or leash clearly indicating that the dog is an assistance dog.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotels.
What are the opening hours of the breakfast buffet?
At Hobbit Hotels, the breakfast buffet is open from 7a.m. to 10a.m.
Until what time is the hotel bar open?
At Hobbit Hotels you can have a drink as long as the reception is open. That is until 11p.m.
Can I check in earlier than the official check-in time?
If you are in the vicinity of the hotel before the official check-in time and would like to check in earlier, please contact the hotel where you are staying by phone. We cannot guarantee the possibility to check in earlier. This depends on the availability of rooms in the hotel.
I lost an item during my stay. What should I do?
Have you lost an object or property while staying at a Hobbit Hotel? Please contact the hotel where you stayed by phone or email. Always mention the following:
- your name or the name of the guest who lost the item;
- clear description of the item;
- where you lost the item;
- the arrival and departure dates of your stay.
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotels.
