Yes, you can. If you have a request or comment during the online reservation (e.g. a request for a specific room or a late arrival), you can use the comments field that appears during the reservation process. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Yes, you can! Please enter the details of the person or persons who will be staying at Hobbit Hotels during the reservation process. You can have the booking confirmation sent to an e-mail address of your choice. When booking multiple rooms, you can specify a main guest per room when booking, so that you can check in separately if needed.

Yes, you can! Please contact the hotel where you will be staying by phone or e-mail or indicate during check-in at the hotel that you would like to add breakfast to your reservation. Our employees will be happy to arrange this for you!

Our hotels mainly have double beds. Some rooms are double rooms with single beds that can be pushed together. You can make your choice when booking.

Yes, after making a reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation from Hobbit Hotels at the email address you provided.

Are you travelling and want to park your car at the hotel for a longer period of time? Then book the Sleep, Park & Fly package at Hobbit Hotel Zaventem. When you book this package, you can leave your car at the hotel for a maximum of 21 days, even if you are not staying at the hotel during this period.


Yes you can! The Hobbit Hotels have lockers at the reception in which you can safely store your valuables. The use of the safe is always at your own risk. Hobbit Hotels cannot be held liable for missing or damaged items.

Baby cots are not standard in Hobbit Hotels’ hotel rooms, but can be reserved based on availability. These cots are suitable for children up to 3 years (max. 1 per room). Please specify when booking that a baby is staying in the room.

No, unfortunately the Hobbit Hotels car parks do not have parking spaces for large vehicles. Therefore, please note that the hotel you are staying at cannot accommodate parking for large tour buses or trucks.

Have you lost an object or property while staying at a Hobbit Hotel? Please contact the hotel where you stayed by phone or email. Always mention the following:

  • your name or the name of the guest who lost the item;
  • clear description of the item;
  • where you lost the item;
  • the arrival and departure dates of your stay.

If you are in the vicinity of the hotel before the official check-in time and would like to check in earlier, please contact the hotel where you are staying by phone. We cannot guarantee the possibility to check in earlier. This depends on the availability of rooms in the hotel.

Assistance dogs are of course welcome at Hobbit Hotels. When making the reservation, please indicate in the comments field that an assistance dog is coming with you. During check-in, you will be asked for the dog’s identification card, which in addition must have a harness or leash clearly indicating that the dog is an assistance dog.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotels.

In each room, an extra blanket is available in the cupboard. If necessary, you can ask for an additional blanket at reception.

No, you may not. As a guest of our hotels, you may only use the free parking facilities during your stay at the hotel.
Are you going traveling and do you want to leave your car for a longer period of time? Then book your overnight stay at Hobbit Hotel Zaventem. At this hotel you can use our Sleep, Park & Fly package with which you can leave your car at the hotel during your absence for a maximum of 3 weeks.

Hobbit Hotels offers you, as an extra service and for a fee, the possibility to have your clothes cleaned. At the reception you can ask for a laundry bag and fill in an accompanying form. If you drop off your laundry at the reception before 9 a.m. it will be returned cleaned the same day. This service is not available on weekends and public holidays.

No, the reception is not staffed at night. Your room key gives you access to the hotel at night. In emergency situations, a person in charge is available by phone and will help you.

Our hotels are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not allowed. In case of violation of smoking regulations, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged.

Yes, it does. If you wish to have your luggage transferred to another accommodation, we can take arrange this. We use a taxi service. This service is not free of charge.

Yes you can! If you tell the reception what time you want to be woken up, the reception staff will ensure it happens.

Of course! At the hotel reception, you can ask to make some copies or print some pages. We are happy to offer this service to our guests. However, please note that the number of pages copied or printed should be limited. Please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff for more information about this service.


You can make a prepaid reservation through this website. When you make a prepaid reservation, you cannot cancel or change it. In return a prepaid reservation guarantees you the lowest price for your stay.
Hobbit Hotels only offers the competitive prepaid rates online. At the hotel you can only make a flex reservation. A flex reservation is a reservation with flexible conditions which is why the price is slightly higher.

Hobbit Hotels applies rates that fluctuate daily based on supply and demand. The rates are based on various factors, including room availability and events in the vicinity of the hotel. As a result, it is possible for the room rate to suddenly become either more expensive or cheaper.
