At Hobbit Hotels we make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If, unfortunately, something did not meet your expectations or if you have any suggestions on how we can further improve our services, we would love to hear from you. Please contact the reception desk. We would love to help you regain your smile if we can.
Can I park my car at the hotel?
Yes you can! Hobbit Hotels offers parking facilities for passenger cars at its hotels. Parking is even free for our hotel guests.
Can I park a coach or truck at the hotel?
No, unfortunately the Hobbit Hotels car parks do not have parking spaces for large vehicles. Therefore, please note that the hotel you are staying at cannot accommodate parking for large tour buses or trucks.
Why do I need to fill out a registration form during check-in?
Hotels are legally obliged to have information ready on guests staying at the hotel. Therefore, we ask all guests who have not checked in online to fill out a registration form at check-in.
Are baby cots available in the hotel?
Baby cots are not standard in Hobbit Hotels’ hotel rooms, but can be reserved based on availability. These cots are suitable for children up to 3 years (max. 1 per room). Please specify when booking that a baby is staying in the room.
Can I park my bike at the hotel?
Certainly! Bicycle racks are available at Hobbit Hotels to safely store bicycles.
Can I safely store my valuables?
Yes you can! The Hobbit Hotels have lockers at the reception in which you can safely store your valuables. The use of the safe is always at your own risk. Hobbit Hotels cannot be held liable for missing or damaged items.
Will I receive a reservation confirmation?
Yes, after making a reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation from Hobbit Hotels at the email address you provided.
Didn’t receive a confirmation? First check your junk mail folder or contact the Hobbit Hotel where you will be staying by phone or e-mail.
Can I cancel or modify a booking with Booking.com or another online travel agency?
Have you booked through Booking.com or another online travel agency? Then we cannot cancel or change your reservation. Please contact the online travel agency concerned.
